Donation Policy

By default all donations go into an unrestricted fund to be used to provide the best care to the dogs at The Ranch unless donors explicitly designate the donation to a specific dog, project, or fundraiser by declaring the intention of their donation with a note, email, check memo, or venmo\paypal memo.

Facility Donation Policy

By default all donations made in the facility campaign will go into a restricted facility fund.

All funds collected will be explicitly intended for use to build a facility.

Donors can choose to make their donation restricted (Facility Fund) or unrestricted (allowing funds to be reallocated to care for dogs.)

In the event there are changes to the facility project, all donors would be alerted by email within 30 days of a decision and donors who restricted their donation would be offered a donation refund or given the option to reallocate funds to the care for dogs.

Donation refunds would be processed by check and sent in the mail within 12 months of the donor alert.
